Shipping policy

All digital products will be delivered by BookFunnel. Digital products can be then transferred to the ereader or ereading app of your choice, or they can be read or listened to in the free BookFunnel app available in the Google Play store or Apple App Store. These digital products can also be enjoyed in your web browser via BookFunnel.

For issues concerning the download and/or transfer of your purchased digital products to your ereader/ereading app, please reach out to their support team at help@bookfunnel.com. Their team of friendly experts will have you reading/listening in no time at all.

All physical items will be shipped via Canada Post, and will be fulfilled within 5 business days (using Canada's calendar of holidays). When the order has been fulfilled, an email will be sent to the email address used during checkout to notify you that it has been shipped. Shipping arrival times are not guaranteed.
